Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
You must cancel or reschedule your appointment within a 24 hour notice. If you fail to cancel or reschedule you will be charged for 50% of the service.
No Shows:
No call no shows will be charged full price of the service. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will be marked as a no show and the card on file will be charged for the FULL service.
* An active card must be on file for all new clients to book an appointment. Card on file will not be charged at the time of booking.
